(If the attorney advises this or not I don't know) BUt it also seems like the prudent thing to do as soon as you remove the content, and contact all of your affiliates, would be to contact the authorities and let them know what happened. If you are proactive and walk into the police station, explain to them that this girl is using a fake id to do porn, that you found out, removed the content, and wanted to make a report.
I highly doubt that he would be in the mess he is in now if he took that approach .
