I think she's the makeup artist on American idol and has been for years and that's how Simon met her. But must suck for his ex Terri Seymour. They dated for years and she eventually left him because he wouldn't settle down. He said he was committed to his work and his mother.
He then starts dating this one not that long ago and bam, they're already engaged. But doesn't necessarily mean they'll marry though.
