yeah, perhaps idiot is too harsh, he has certainly been successful in his endeavours. and i am glad to see that he is wanting to stop the engineers' and scientists' making the rules.
i've never really understood the need to change the rules so much from season to season anyhoo, imagine if football rules where changed year to year.
