Email him and tell him that you do not appreciate the way that he talked to you.
Then reference your phone call and say that you do not appreciate his chargeback just so that he could get free product...there are other ways to get free products.
Bait him. He sounds like a douche and he'll fall for the bait and welcome being able t continue the argument. Get him to admit to what he did again in email and then use that email to dispute the CB.
Choose your words in the email wisely, as you're essentially doing social engineering.
