If you do not send 5 new qualified spenders per month, each month, you lose your previous earnings. That means if you have kept sending quality traffic to CamSense and have a nice base of whales and it happens that one month you don't send 5 new qualified spenders, you basically lose all of your previous work.

It's just like you say: "Hey CamSense, i have not been a good affiliate this month; i did not send 5 new qualified spenders. Here CamSense, take my previous work and keep it. I'll just start over again from scratch."
