Yes it will most likely get passed through under handed means, but the day it gets signed into law there will be many lawsuit's filed and most likely the supreme court will have to sort it out. It will NEVER become law as it will be struck down as some parts being unconstitutional. In any case, it will be repealed once we get the demotards out in 2010 and once black jesus is gone in 2012.
