PlugRush isn't really the the same as TH. Like Klen mentioned, PlugRush is about clicked traffic, where traffic is coming from Thumbs of your choice, along with a title and a description. This makes the traffic higher quality, since the users knows what to expect when clicking a thumb.
You can filter by geo as well as traffic sources
