I never knew David but was familiar with his situation from his posts here on GFY. Seems so unfair such a great guy was subjected to so much suffering in his life, although from what I read it never held him back or prevented him from making the most out of life.
It's pretty clear from the tributes here he made a lasting impression on all those he came into contact with in the business and will never be forgotten.
RIP David, I wish I'd known you man.
