I can understand where you are coming from.
That said, and there are two sides to every story, he apparently goes over board on his DMCA process. It would appear that if the host/forum tells him to go fuck himself, he turns up the volume on a personal level.
If some of what I read (from people who've been DMCA'd, or dealt with him) is actually true, it would appear he takes the DMCA a bit further than the simple removal request. I have heard of a couple companies who provide some kind of DMCA service. But reading over some of the complaints I was just curious how much is true, or being blown out of proportion.
