So according to your logic if the person who owns "xtube" trade marks, then Shap would be in violation of xtube's trademark and would lose.
sex = very common name, nothing unique about it.
tube = very common name now, nothing unique about it
put the 2 together you have a very common name and its not famous.
"twistys" pretty unique name. If someone had a site named "teentwistys" i would agree with you. But if someone has a site called "bbwsextube" that has nothing what so ever to do with violating shap's trademark. If it DOES, then HE IS IN VIOLATION OF the person who owns xtube.
How many cases has shap won trying to see people who own "niche"+ sextube.com ???
The guy already owns a lot of good tube domains, I am sure he is making good money from them. I don't understand why that isn't enough. I can't believe that he really feels he is entitled to every domain out there with sextube in it. It has to be some type of greed, him trying to bluff people to see how many more domains he can get for free.
