what about "extube" or "xtube" ? Shap is violating those domains with sextube is they are registered trademarks.
1+1=2 I can't believe people around here can't understand simple logic. If Shap ever wins a case against say "bbwsextube" then he creates legal precedent against himself and gives all of the ammunition to sites like xtube to come sue him and take all of his domains away. The the guy who owns "tube" can sue "extube" .
extube and xtube are not in the dictionary per your logic. It's all so retarded. Someone who owns two very common domains puts them together and thinks he can sue everyone else who uses those two common words too.
1/2 of me thinks you are sucking his cock
1/2 of me thinks you are really an idiot and believe that he is right.
about the only thing his weak trademark should be good for is if someone tries to use sextube.net .org .info .xxx if that ever happens. thats it.
