Tried some traffic on a forum full of "free" content some time ago (yeah well it was by accident that i found out, i was buying from a network and didnt know that site was included), and it converted well. Hope im not swearing in the church ;)
Maybe try out some mobile traffic to new programs, you might see some pretty awesome conversions.
