Just legalize weed and sell it like they do tobacco and alcohol. Tax it and I would guess the tax from week alone might come close to paying for that thing.

I was just reading that just in the US alone we grow about 22 million tons of pot per year and that is with it being illegal. I would bet that would double, triple or maybe even more if it were legal. Tax it like you to cigarettes and you are rolling in the cash.
