Orly? My kids are in bars all the time, and they play with other kids in the bar too. And people are drinking coffee, others whiskey, some are even having cocktails.
What you call a bar does not necessarily have the same stigma attached to it in other countries.
And, no, kids with a LB - why is that a problem? Should my gay friend not take my son, his godson, down to the park hand-in-hand and play with him on the swings?
