Did Enom Change hands or something?
Just was saying a few weeks ago, about Enom being one of the only companies over the past decade, never to have had a problem with.. So I was going to increase my business with them and their reseller services..
Every since I made the move, I notice they are becoming really arrogant and rude in support.. I mean just plain nasty like they are King shit of the world and how dare you buy their services and have a problem and contact them.
Basically pushing your support request on their beta broken service products you paid thousands for and cant use due to bugs, to their resellers that have no possible way to answer the support question you are asking about, other than to relay it back to Enom programmers..
Basically, instead of just answering the question and taking the bug to the programmer, they are just saying, screw you, submit the problem to your reseller, who in turn is just going to forward to them, wait go back to reseller, and then back to person (yeah right)
Funny thing is, i was like their first customer ever and although i may have been tied in through a reseller, because thats how it worked at launch, i have always logged in and conducted my business in a Enom website, and used Enom support.
Upon my complaint and asking for a supervisor, they even ackknowledged that although we worked with you before, we ARE NOT DOING IT anymore.. but yet it's their service I am having a problem with..
I mean what the hell is wrong with people today?
I invested $5k into this reseller system and now I am wondering if I should make these poeple a dime? Did they sellout and I miss the memo? I cant believe how they are acting..
Anyone else have a story or something to chime in about them?
