Additionally It's just not the same anymore. It's unfortunate for both the webmaster (Merchant) and affiliates. The rules and regulations are changing daily, It's making it very hard for webmasters to stay in business and pay affiliates on time with these continuous changes. That has to hurt, I hope they could transfer their rebills without too much problems.
It's probably a bad idea for you to speak public about anyones billing solutions if you are trying to establish yourself as an independent trusted consultant
(not knowing if this is general public knowledge/slander or something you learned through working with someone)
