Took less than 36 hours to receive certain emails from certain 'people' who were MIA for a long time. Pretty much wrapped it all up with a nice little bow.

"Oh yes, using GPC email address. Apparently, that did happen a few times to people I email just about every day. It was still setup in my Outlook for awhile and when I dropped down the box to select an account I may have selected the wrong one. That account was removed when I was doing some maintenance."

My reply to that statement: our records show and emails seen this was happening as late as January 2010 which is 6 months AFTER going MIA.
Obviously, we have a lot more to the equation but I'm leaving that to my attorney unless someone cares to step up and clear up - It's not as scary as it may appear, I lived it. And I am much nicer when going that route.

Wow really? So you're denying that I emailed you in December, February and March? And that on Feb 1 you did not ask for another copy of the invoice so you could get it sorted?
Question: Why didn't you lock me out of email if I was such a threat? Also, like I said, since you know when the emails happened, you also know the contents. Go ahead, post them. There is nothing there.
You also never terminated our relationship. I simply stopped working because you were too broke to pay me.
6 months after going MIA? You paid me in October and I tried to collect multiple times after ... that is not going MIA. Your math isn't the best.
Also, how does a few incidental emails back up your claim that I changed link codes and were skimming sales from you?
What is evident here is that you do not pay attention to your business and refuse to accept responsibility for that. Had I ripped you off, like you are alleging, you would have done a systems audit to make sure I did not have any access.
You also wouldn't have been discussing possible biz deals with me just six weeks ago.
You were busted, plain and simple.
Lori, you have a lot of enemies. They are now presenting themselves to me. Had I known 1/8th of what I do now, I wouldn't have typed a single keystroke for you.
It all makes sense while awhile back when I started a positive thread about you on this board you told me to never do it again because there is a lot of old things that may be stirred up. I didn't think to do a search of what those things are, but now I do not need to.
Post REAL proof Lori. Post proof of me STEALING from you, which is what you are accusing. Don't say that me accidentally using an email account to send messages that had nothing to do with your business or your sites to people that I talk to on a regular basis is proof. That is called a mistake. Apparently, no bigger of a mistake than you forgetting to cancel the account.
What you are alleging is outright fraud and theft. Prove that.
