You should also watch / read about "Pharmaceutical Toxins" in our tap water. There is a way to help reverse these effects, however, it is not implimented currently on any large scale. "Reverse Osmosis", forcing the smaller water molecules through a membrane filter which traps the larger molecules like pharma, metals etc...
