I as listening to the radio last night and this site -
Apology Center - was featuring in a discussion about how different cultures approach forgiveness.
People post apologies about things they have done that have sat on their brains for ages. Then, people vote if they should be forgiven. Why, it is okay to apologize to a bunch of strangers and have their opinions count over those that were 'wronged' I don't know. Yet, it is still kind of interesting reading what people want to apologize for having done.
Porn Stealer caught my eye:
Event - I worked for a couple years as a handyman at an apartment building. I'd have the keys to all the apartments and go in and fix things. When I was in a lot of the places I'd see porn videos and magazines. I couldn't resist taking alot of them. I figured no one would ever report that their porn had been stolen.
Apology - I never was caught but I have decided it wasn't very smart or nice.
He was denied forgiveness.
