nope would be nice - i remember Ashley Brookes' fansign thread for her first site, it was huge, thread was the longest fansign thread i've seen and the girl went off and did a ton of fansigns, days of work, not just on a piece of cardboard or paper, she did body painting fansigns. girl got almost nothing out of it and was very disappointed. and this was when GFY was much more active than now.

there are people who do lurk here and have lots of traffic/sales but those people will seek you out whether you're on GFY or not if they think they can make money with you.

GFY is a social place for most of us and does give me something of an idea what's happening in the industry as a whole.
