- do the same for Cpanel/Ftp
- Configure your backup drive to unmount once the backup is done ( prevents the b.u. to be wiped ).
- check logs for some nasty shell scripts such as r99 and c57 . Check for root kits.
- Check your PC for trojan ( sniffers, keylogger, etc ..)
