Personally I'd stick with the more established programs that have a long history and good backing. Over the years I've seen a correlation between conversions and the reach/popularity of cam sites. Most are mentioned but specifically I'm referring to:
Pussycash
AWE
Cams.com
VSCash
and a very few others.
