I agree. I was actually considering doing sort of a mesh of ChatRoulette and HotOrNot where at the point someone's hitting next, you either do a rating or maybe even something simple like a thumbs up/thumbs down choice. Got ChatRate.com and some similar domains for that but just not sure it's worth doling out the time and money to do.
