I am interested to read the fine print. I was solicited to sign the petition to get this law on the ballot but I didnt sign it.
For those of you who know me I am super 420 friendly 
I didnt sign it because one of the general points on the petition I saw was that it would make it illegal in public.
The currently CA state law doesnt detail that, I can smoke anywhere that allows cigarette smoking as long as its 100 yards away from a school, church, childrens day care etc..
I enjoy 420 while going on hikes, the beach, a walk in the park etc.. or walking the street for that matter. Last thing I want is to be limited to only smoking indoors.

So you mean you wouldn't vote for this just because you can only use it in the same way you drink a beer today. Doesn't exactly sound like good logic to me. But you are a stoner!
