If you have legal rights on a content and you paid XXXXXX's dollars for it (have legal license) and someone is trying to abuse you, to make you remove legal content from your resources, you cannot just sit and wait until he performs these illegal and unlawful actions.

What other guys said about Removeyourcontent.com ? Vivid examples:

What pisses me of, is all the sales bullshit that let me to recommend them in the first place, and then when the work have to be done, they start shit like this.

My recommendations for my clients and anyone else:

1 - Contact someone who deals with internet law(google it)
2 - Pay them to make you a dmca takedown notice draft, where you just fill in the blanks
3 - If the dmca takedown notice dont result in the content being removed, then you pay the person that made you the draft, to take it to the next level.

It have worked well for me.
I use a Danish company called "Plesner" http://www.plesner.com

I shall not rush big words, but at present serious work is been conducted by our lawyers about the given case. Time will put everything on it's places.

Is it your politeness and gravity of business dealing?
If we defend the rights on a content, which we can legally distribute, it does not yet mean, that being rude and behaving so aggressively is necessary. What are the threats for? Noone threated your relatives, why do you you think you have the right to do just that?
