If you looked at ranking based based solely on quality, The US is tops and that is indisputable. It's the reason the rich of the world come here to get treatment, our problem is with access for those of lesser means

Several legal scholars have been writing about this over the past few days and its appears there is a valid legal argument for the states. Never in the history of this country has the federal or state government ordered the citizens to buy a product from a private company. While that may not be what most conservative have a problem with, its going to be the basis of any legal case.
I'm eager to see how this plays out in the SCOTUS
