That is a good point and true (sorry everyone that does not understand this) but I really think conservatives will have a hard time repealing this law and running on repealing it. The democrats seem to have some sort of party unity going on here and Obama has set the tone... dems will make republicans looks like they are trying to take away all the good things in the bill
