Your server was not hacked, as Chris explained to you, the problem with the site not loading was a Wordpress function that was enabled from the admin side that was not setup properly and led to MySQL issues piling up. He explained it in more detail to you. I spoke to you on the phone within 3 minutes of your first ticket, Jake and Chris both responded giving you updates until resolved, yet you were here posting how bad we are within 20 minutes and the site was already back online.

Our 24/7 support includes server management and service monitoring, at no point was the server, http or any other service offline. We don't manage any of our clients websites, if you ever see an issue before going to bed that doesn't look right then contact us right then so we can address it.
