Good luck but you'll have to find the exact right buyer. Otherwise I dont see you getting close to what you want.
Also you say 2 days ago you got a new offer to go mainstream? So your selling from lack of time in the last 2 days? lol Sorry but just doesnt add up. I do agree however that your sites are very clean and not even close to fully monetized.
