I appreciate your feedback Tjeezers and I will be the first to agree with you that new and improved tools are necessary - since becoming part of the Gamma family last fall, our goal has been bent on regrouping and refocusing to work closer and more directly with affiliates.
I'd love to open a dialogue with yourself and other webcam masters to get your honest feedback and see if there is business to be done together in the future.
