keyword consistency at 2-3% is good, use the main keyphrase you target in the title of your post, also in the body, add tags, when adding images, fill out the alt tags -- rather than hot linking images, it's best to store them on your server -- name the images your keyphrases. -For maximum effectiveness use a 3 column layout
