I stated nothing of the sort. What I said, if you read it properly, is that religion is corruptible NOT all believers of religion. I also state that the believer (and nowhere did I say all believers, that is your bizarre assumption) is the one that corrupts the religion and not the other way around.

These are NOT baseless assumptions. Do you have any education in religious matters? Do you realize the number of gods in our human history and their evolving favor with humans from polytheism to monotheism? The evolving nature of religion from pagan to current day practices? The borrowing and sharing of religious holidays among the separate practices from pagan to modern religion? The branching off into newer religions like Jehovah's Witnesses to Lutherans, Baptist, Protestant, etc, etc. The actual correlation between Old Testament events and the ancient writings of the Sumerians of actual explainable events rather than the fantasied recordings of the bible?
There is NO assumption that MAN is fallible and that primitive cultures created fantasies to explain the world around them. They only part you ARE correct on is that a god can neither be proven nor dispelled.
