i don't know. it really depends on the car. my 911 can do almost 180 mph on a long straight when i'm doing track days, i don't really want anything other than focused performance. my subaru though, yeah i've got two complete sets of rims and tires.
and yes, good audio system is a must no matter what you are driving.
