Let's be honest here, most people who are making 'matter of fact' statements about Page Rank in this thread do not understand it enough to hold a 10 second conversation on it.

*** I don't think Page Rank is the end all be all of search results, obviously it isn't, but I think you'd have to be a fool to not utilize it as a tool, and also another factor in many that determine your sites value.
