Anyone use BofA + Quicken/Quickbooks

Im getting more and more pissed at this bank everyday...

I called in this morning and was told that I could download my statements into Quicken from 2009. So I go and buy Quicken only to find out I can't do that. I spend about an hour on the phone with morons at BofA and they are saying now that I can only download the last 90 days

WTF???

Anyone use BofA and know how to download statements or convert their TXT or PDF files into something of use (quickbooks, quicken, excel, etc)?

Here is what their site says:

1. Go to the Bank of America online statement that you want to download and import.
2. Click the Download link at the top of your screen.
3. On the Statement Download screen choose the statement period you wish to download and select the appropriate QIF file type.
4. Click "Create Download File".
5. You will get a message window from your browser. Click the "Save File" button.
6. This brings up a "Save As" box (similar to the "save as" function in MS Word and Excel).
7. Choose the directory where you want to save the file (e.g. c:\download).
8. Choose a file name. Any file name will work, but make sure that the extension is ".qif". For example you could use: statement.qif or account.qif. (This is similar to saving a MS Word file as ".doc" or an MS Excel file as ".xls")
