Anyone know where I can get an updated database that has the following
- US & CAN postal codes
- City and State (US/CAN)
- Long & Lats
- and basic Country listing

Free would be nice, but I doubt that so, anything that is not too expense $xx - $xxx (mid range)

thanks in advance and yes i've google saw a few commercial cd version, but looking for something more geared towards webmasters with the setup and stuff.
