Dont be so quick to judge the accused, The United States has routinely convicted innocent people, since 1994 over 80 people have been exonerated of serious crimes through DNA evidence, including 10 that were on death row. A recent example that comes to mind is that guy who died in prison while being held in the Elizabeth Smart case, while the real offenders had her camping in the desert.
