Ricci for died with the headlines " Secrets To Die With Ricci?". Dont think for a moment that Ricci's VOP hearing wasnt tainted by the allegations of Smart being an unnamed crime. VOP hearings require less of a burden upon the state to convince a judge of reasons to send the defendant back to prison. You are right, Ricci was a ex con and honestly I dont have alot of sympathy for him. I was a defense attorney for 5 years prior to coming to work for SCORE so my roots sometimes get the better of me.

All that being said, in the case of a convicted rapist being welcomed back onto the boards, this is not exactly a shining moment in the history of GFY imo.
