While I do totally agree with the latter portion of your statement in theory, real life often proves highly difficult to mesh with such utopian health practices. That said, I do eat healthy a lot of the time, and exercise, but when you run a company you simply don't get the sort of sleep you should - not until you're mega ballin' at least.
