A lawsuit was filed last February 2 in New York Southern District Court. She opposes Ventura Content, a major player in the porn industry, and to Mansef 6721851 Canada Inc., also known as business Interhub.
In his written complaint filed with the court, Ventura opposes the free distribution and not authorized by the two respondents, equipment sites hosting videos Porhhub network. The amount claimed is $ 6.75 million.
Seizure
On the other hand, opposes Mansef seizure of $ 6.4 million by officials of the United States Secret Service Organized Fraud Task Force, in two accounts on behalf of Premium Services, a company created in June 2009 by Mansef. The seizure took place around October 9, 2009.
According to the complaint filed by the U.S. State Court Northern District of Georgia Atlanta Division, on 1 December 2009, Premium Service had no permissions for the transactions it engaged.
Mansef and Premium Services asked the court to invalidate the seizure. Lawyers for both companies that refute Premium Services is a company of unauthorized transfers of funds.
The U.S. government meanwhile notes that 9.4 million have passed through the two accounts, among them opening day, July 27, and October 2, 2009. The sums were probably derived from sources related to money laundering, can be read in the court document.
