SHE was the ultimate Baywatch babe, the iconic busty blonde whose curves adorned every teenage boy's bedroom wall.
Pamela Anderson became one of the world's most recognisable women as soon as she pulled on the red Baywatch swimsuit in 1992.
Eighteen years later, that unmistakable pout is back on TV and Pamela, now 42, still has the power to mesmerise those grown-up boys all over again.
She keeps those curves under a little more cover these days, whirling around the ballroom floor on Dancing With The Stars rather than bouncing along a sun-kissed beach in slow-motion with David Hasselhoff.
While her career has had its ups and downs, her private life has been wilder than the plot of any ropey telly drama. Married three times, to rockers Tommy Lee and Kid Rock and Paris Hilton's ex Rick Salomon, she has two kids with Motley Crue drummer Lee and unwittingly starred in the first world-famous celeb sex tape.
But Pammy insists she has no regrets - and is thrilled fans still find her sexy.
She said: "Thank God I made it. I have to say, I'm very proud of what I've accomplished. I've managed to raise two beautiful children, I've been married a few times and survived and been able to do the projects that I have.
"When I look at a lot of women my age, many of them don't have kids yet or have never got married or experienced some of the fun things that I have so, you know, I'm glad I jumped in.
"I do feel fear but I'm the kind of girl who goes ahead and does it anyway. When I do that, it's always life changing and it feels good. I don't believe in regrets."
Her age doesn't bother her. In fact, she's loving no longer having to be the girl with the red swimsuit.
She added: "I like getting older. I feel like a girls' girl now.
"Also, in your 40s, you start taking stock of your life. I feel sexier now than I ever have."
Those killer curves are looking better than ever - but Pam claims the assets which won her the Baywatch role in the first place are not as big as everyone seems to think.
In fact, she's sure her boobs play up to the camera and believes they're smaller than they appear on screen.
She said: "I think they must expand on TV or something because I swear I don't feel that big in real life.
"I look at myself on TV and I go, 'Who is that?' They just expand, inflate. It must be the lighting."
Incredibly, former Playboy centrefold Pamela has stayed in such shape without exercising, dieting or putting herself through any of the tortures most women go through.
Playing with sons Dylan and Brandon keeps her trim - and her vegetarian lifestyle keeps the excess pounds at bay.
'I've never exercised," she said. "Well, not since I was younger.
"My kids keep me in shape. I play every sport with them - football, basketball, baseball.
"I'm always outside and on the beach and in the water.
"I'm not a real gym person, and I don't diet but I'm a vegetarian.
"That's for lots of reasons - it's good for the environment and it's good for your health."
Pam remains passionate about animal rights and welfare, and vows she could never again eat meat.
She said: "I've learned so much being with PETA about what goes into meat. It just isn't appealing any more.
"I couldn't possibly eat meat after all the things I have found out about it. I'd rather just stick to vegetables."
