The part I wonder about here is why the pilot(s) ignored Air Traffic Control commands...
Anyone who's every flown a plane, been in a small plane, flown with a pilot, etc... KNOWS that you do NOT ignore ATC traffic or you will have all flight privileges revoked upon landing... they do not fuck around with that shit...
If they were ignoring ATC then something was up aboard that plane, no doubt in my mind.
