If you own content you can offer them full or long movies using
Adult Access Now
This will let them view the movies for 30 sec or however long you want them to view it, then it locks the content up until they do a free survey for which you get paid for. You can do it for each video or to unlock all the videos and all you need is a widget which is very simply to add to your site
