Depends from site to site, 99% just canning accounts and adding browser cookie, so you need new account and clear cookie from that site. I usually buy 250 accounts for cheap and use them, my bot automatically swaps ip's(public proxies) and switches accounts etc so comments stay out longer. Basically I spend 5 mins of time to setup bot campaign and it's all done in auto mode
