Most fat chicks have fat faces, so she is an oddity, but overall fat is not attractive.
If you are attractive fat, you would be better looking slim.
Bald is also not attractive. You may be decent looking bald, but if you are, you would still look better with hair.
Tattoos are not attractive. Some girls look okay with them, but they would look much better without them - same with bizarre body and face piercings.
