Bad idea. It ranks up there with loaning friends money.
They feel that because you are their friend, they can get away with more. Even friends who were the most dependable diligent mofo's I have ever known... at a regular job.... turned into dudes who just did not want to work.
Oh, they still wanted their 100% pay for work. But a lot of weeks barely put in 40% of what was needed. Same for a friend who wanted to help on photo shoots. Then would call out 4 out of 5 times because of some chick he was fucking or hung over.
It is simply not a good idea.
