Apparently you were not paying attention. Leaders of the Tea Party movement, like The Judge Andrew Napolitano, who had 10,000 people go to his tea party, have been bitching about this in the Bush years. Sorry you are late to the party.
And I know your thread is suppose to be ironic, but people who voted for Ron Paul and/or any person who voted third party were already put on the terrorist watch list, again, you are late to the party. And those third party voters WERE bitching about the Patriot Act.
I thought Obama was going to repeal the Patriot Act? Hows that going? Meet the new boss same as the old.
