In the sense that the government says we were attacked by a foreign entity...yes absolutely I believe that...as we had been attacked by many similar...and sometimes the same foreign entities...for twenty years prior to 9/11...including the World Trade Center...prior to 9/11.
People are free to ask all of the questions they want...and they do. People are also free to make all of the outrageous declarative statements they want...and they do.
