They only take shots of opportunity that can change the game completely. They do not pick off general troops... you'd run the risk of revealing your location. One of the best shots ever made was a USMC sniper in the Gulf... Over a mile away he landed a shot on a tank brigade commander. The entire brigade buttoned up and turned around. A good sniper SAVES lives by taking out key personnel or machinery.

A three month long montage of all your shots... NOT OK. And these were not key players they're just picking people off.
