I read earlier the woman asked for him not to be charged because of the endless harassment she's gotten from the press and society. She hasn't changed her story and still says he attacked her but the harassment and threats has gotten to her and she asked for him not to be charged.
But she was drunk, led into a bathroom by him, his bodyguards kept people from entering the bathroom, the club destroyed the video tape, and the first officer she went to and told her story didn't even write the rapist's name down. The officer also failed to mention he was partying with her attacker earlier that night in a different club 90 minutes earlier and not in the same nightclub that his people said the officer and rapist were partying together at.
